Ukraine's TAS Group purchasing Idea Bank from Poland's Getin Holding for $34 million

MOSCOW. Oct 18 (Interfax) - The board of Poland's Getin Holdings and Ukraine's TAS Group founded by businessman Sergei Tyagipko signed a contract for sale of Idea Bank on Friday, the base amount of the deal is $34 million, Ukrainian media outlets said with a reference to the group's statement on Friday.

The Cyprus-based Alkemi Limited company, a subsidiary of TAS Group, purchases 100% of share, the condition of the conclusion of the deal is the permit of the Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee and the approval of the Idea Bank purchase by the National Bank of Ukraine, and the agreement is governed by English law and requirements of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the statement said.
