Kazakhstan cuts oil output 5.5% to 90.1 mln tonnes in Jan-Sept

ASTANA. Oct 15 (Interfax) - Kazakhstan cut oil production 5.5% to 90.1 million tonnes in January-September 2024, Finance Minister Madi Takiyev said.

"I will note the main factors that influenced the failure to achieve planned revenue targets [...] This was a reduction in oil production by 5.3 million tonnes to 90.1 million tonnes," Takiyev said at a government meeting on Tuesday.
