Rosatom expects to boost revenue to $18 bln from foreign projects this year

MOSCOW. Oct 14 (Interfax) - Rosatom state nuclear energy corporation expects to receive $18 billion in revenue from foreign projects this year, CEO Alexei Likhachev said during the Made in Russia export forum.

"We are aiming for $18 billion in foreign revenue this year," Likhachev said.

This revenue exceeded $16 billion last year: the state corporation says in a business development report that the figure was $16.2 billion, which is "more than half the corporation's total annual revenue." "Over $12 billion was received in the markets of friendly countries," the document said.

Rosatom's total revenue in 2023 was more than 2.6 trillion rubles, Likhachev has said. "Total revenue in the open part, without state defense orders, exceeded 2.64 trillion rubles. The average annual growth over the past three years is about 34% in revenue. The situation is the same with overseas revenue," he said.
