Over 253,000 Ukrainians have crossed into Belarus since start of special military operation - Belarusian Border Committee
MINSK. Oct 11 (Interfax) - Over 253,000 Ukrainians have arrived in Belarus since the start of the special military operation, the Belarusian State Border Committee said on Friday.
"In all, 253,491 Ukrainian citizens have arrived in the Republic of Belarus since February 24, 2022, including 15,966 through the Ukrainian-Belarusian border 182,595 in transit through Poland, 48,531 through Lithuania, and 6,399 through Latvia," it said.
Since the start of this year, 106,999 Ukrainians have entered Belarus, including 48 directly from Ukraine, 84,807 in transit through Poland, 20,281 through Lithuania, and 1,863 through Latvia.
