Russia's Agriculture Ministry expects to transfer all govt support measures to e-system in 2026 - Luth

MOSCOW. Oct 10 (Interfax) - Russia's Agriculture Ministry expects that all government support measures for the industry will be transferred to a single electronic system in 2026, Agriculture Minister Oksana Luth said.

"In 2026, we expect to receive a single, unified system of support measures that would be convenient to work in and use," Luth said on Thursday during a plenary session at the All-Russia Golden Autumn 2024 exhibition in Moscow.

Luth said that agriculture is one of Russia's most supported industries.

"We have many support measures. This could be inconvenient, because there are various systems. This still happens on paper sometimes, and this is inconvenient of course. Therefore, our task here as representatives of the state and as representatives of the government is to render all this in electronic form, namely the services and everything related to agricultural producers and processors. We are moving toward this," Luth said.
