Ruschem buys 97% of shares in Metafrax Chemicals from Rosimuschestvo at starting price of 14.7 bln rubles

PERM. Oct 9 (Interfax) - JSC Ruschem was declared the winner of the auction announced by the Federal Property Management Agency (Rosimuschestvo) for the sale of nearly 97% of the shares in JSC Metafrax Chemicals , Perm Territory, which were transferred to state ownership in 2023.

The Torgy state information system (GIS) reported that Ruschem was the only participant in the auction, and the lot was sold at the starting price of 14.7 billion rubles.
