Heads of Azerbaijan's SOCAR, Russia's Gazprom Neft discuss cooperation
MOSCOW. Oct 2 (Interfax) - Rovshan Najaf and Alexander Dyukov, the heads of State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic (SOCAR) and Russia's Gazprom Neft , held meeting on Wednesday, SOCAR said on Telegram.
"An exchange of opinions on issues of mutual interest took place during the meeting," it said.
No details about the talks were given.
