Ukraine quits several CIS cargo transportation agreements

MOSCOW. Sept 6 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian government has approved Ukraine's withdrawal from a number of CIS agreements on cargo transportation, Ukrainian media reported on Friday.

They include the cooperation agreement on technical overhaul and renewal of the rolling stock signed in Moscow on September 9, 1994, the agreement on interstate transportation of hazardous and labelled cargo signed in Ashgabat on December 23, 1993, and the agreement on the joint use of freight railcars and containers owned by CIS member states, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia signed in Moscow on March 12, 1993.
