Ksenia Yudayeva may become Russian executive director at IMF
MOSCOW. Sept 3 (Interfax) - Former First Deputy Governor of the Russian Central Bank Ksenia Yudayeva may become Russia's executive director at the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Yudayeva's nomination for this post, proposed by the Finance Ministry and supported by the Central Bank and the Foreign Ministry, has been approved by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, a source familiar with the situation told Interfax, adding that the decision will be published as a government directive.
Yudayeva left the post of the Russian Central Bank's first deputy governor on August 1, 2023, but stayed on as an advisor to Central Bank head Elvira Nabiullina.
