Lukoil ups H1 IFRS net profit 4.6% to 590.2 bln rubles, above forecast

MOSCOW. Aug 29 (Interfax) - Lukoil's net profit attributable to shareholders under International Financial Reporting Standards rose 4.6% year-on-year in H1 2024 to 590.2 billion rubles, the oil company said in a report.

Analysts polled by Interfax expected 554 billion rubles. Finam came closest with 587 billion rubles.

Sales revenue grew 20% to 4.3 trillion rubles.

Net profit fell 7.6% year-on-year in Q2 2024 to 279.6 billion rubles while revenue grew 20% to 2.3 trillion rubles.
