Number of documents on cooperation between Ukraine and India agreed on following Modi's visit
MOSCOW. Aug 23 (Interfax) - Agreements on cooperation between Ukraine and India in the medical, agricultural, humanitarian and cultural sectors were agreed on as part of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Ukraine, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said.
"As for today, we have agreed [...] four documents between Ukraine and India during this historical visit of Prime Minister Modi. It is the medical sector, it is cooperation on the agricultural tracks, it is humanitarian relations, it is culture," Ukrainian media outlets quoted Zelensky as saying at a meeting with Modi in Kiev on Friday.
In addition, the parties prepared a joint statement "on building a strategic partnership between our countries, trade between our countries and military-technical cooperation," he said. "All that must be strengthened," Zelensky said.
