USAID Harvest announces tender for delivery of mobile grain dryers to Ukrainian farmers

MOSCOW. Aug 20 (Interfax) - USAID Harvest has announced a tender for the delivery of mobile grain dryers to Ukrainian farmers for storing grain in the season 2024, Ukrainian media said, citing the donor's statement on a social network.

"Due to lack of funds and access to quality drying equipment, many farmers leave part of the crop unharvested until spring, which leads to the loss of quality and value," the statement said.

USAID Harvest invited suppliers to register for a pre-bid seminar to be held on August 22. Bids for the supply of mobile grain dryers will be accepted until September 5.
