SPB Exchange to launch morning trading in Russian securities on Aug 8

MOSCOW. Aug 6 (Interfax) - SPB Exchange will launch morning trading in securities issued by number of Russian companies from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. Moscow time on August 8.

The exchange said securities of 10 issuers including SPB Exchange itself would be traded during this session. The list will be expanded in time.

"The decision to augment the trading session was made in response to requests from traders and their clients," the exchange said.

Trading in Russian securities on SPB Exchange currently begins at 10:00 a.m. Moscow time, with the main session ending at 6:50 p.m.
