Ukrainian govt approves appointment of Ukrvuhillya's new acting head
MOSCOW. July 26 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian government has approved Alexei Starostenko's appointment to the post of acting director of the Ukrvuhillya state-owned coal company.
A decree to this effect, dated July 23, 2024, is available for viewing on the government's website, Ukrainian media said.
Yulia Kochatok became Ukrvuhillya's acting head in October 2023, replacing Alexander Kheilo in this post.
Ukrvuhillya, established by the Ukrainian Energy Ministry's executive order in 2020, specializes in buying coal and supplying it to general companies and other consumers and in coal exports and imports. It also helps form Ukraine's fuel balance.
