MMK board of directors recommends dividends of 2.49 rubles per share for H1 2024

MOSCOW. July 25 (Interfax) - The board of directors of PJSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works has recommended paying dividends of 2,494 rubles per share for the first half of the year, the company said.

MMK paid dividends of 2.75 rubles per share for 2023, though remitted no payments for the first quarter.

The recommended dividend date is October 17 for H1 2024.

The matter on paying dividends will be considered at the extraordinary meeting on September 27.
