China cuts Russian poultry imports nearly 21% in H1 2024
MOSCOW. July 24 (Interfax) - China cut Russian imports of poultry and by-products 20.8% year-on-year in the first half of 2024, the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) said.
GACC materials indicate that China imported Russian poultry and by-products/offal totaling $190.655 million in the first six months of the year versus $240.625 million the previous year.
China overall imported chicken meat totaling $1.382 billion in the first half of the year versus $2.29 billion the previous year.
