Qiwi to consider changing name to NanduQ during AGM on Aug 27
MOSCOW. July 15 (Interfax) - Qiwi plc is holding the annual general shareholders meeting on August 27, during which the company plans to consider changing its name to NanduQ plc, the group said.
The AGM also plans to consider approving the financial statements for 2023, the appointment of the board of directors, as well as the re-appointment of the audit company.
The date of record for the AGM was July 11, inclusive.
Qiwi has equity capital comprising 10,413,522 class A shares and 52,299,453 class B shares. One class A share equals 10 votes and one class B share equals one vote.
Qiwi has a stake of 71.3% in the free float of shares. Sergei Solonin is the company's largest shareholder with 28.4% of the shares and 71.3% of the votes.
