Putin signs law on indexing several excise taxes, including on alcohol and petroleum products
MOSCOW. July 12 (Interfax) - President Vladimir Putin has signed a law on indexing excise taxes on petroleum products to the inflation rate in 2025-2027, and on raising the excise tax rate on hard alcohol, spirits and wine by nearly 5% year-on-year in 2025 in Russia.
The government posted the corresponding document on the official portal of legal information on Friday.
