Fmr Rostelecom CFO Anokhin to become general director of VimpelCom, Torbakhov to chair board of directors

MOSCOW. July 12 (Interfax) - Sergei Anokhin, until recently first vice president and CFO of Rostelecom , will become the new general director of PJSC VimpelCom .

The current CEO, Alexander Torbakhov, will chair the board of directors, the telco said in a statement.

The changes take effect on September 2.
