Ukraine ships 56 mln tonnes of cargos via Black Sea corridor since Aug 2023 - U.S. ambassador in Kiev
MOSCOW. July 8 (Interfax) - The Black Sea shipping corridor unilaterally declared by Kiev in August 2023 has provided for exports of 56 million tonnes of cargos, United States Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink said.
"Ukraine has sent over 2,000 ships carrying more than 56,000 million tonnes of exports [...] via the Black Sea Humanitarian Corridor," Brink wrote on her social account last Saturday.
As reported earlier, the Black Sea shipping corridor had accounted for exports of 55 million tonnes of cargo, including 37.4 million tonnes of agricultural produce, since August 2023.
