O'Key Group replaces depository for GDR program

MOSCOW. July 4 (Interfax) - O'Key Group S.A., one of Russia's largest retailers, is replacing The Bank of New York Mellon as the depository for its Global Depositary Receipts (GDR) program with RCS Trust and Corporate Services Ltd and RCS Stock Transfer Inc, the company said in a press release.

The process is expected to take up to 90 days. The change of depository will not affect trading of the company's GDRs, O'Key Group said.

O'Key Group delisted its GDRs from the London Stock Exchange on June 18, but the GDR program will continue to operate. The company plans to maintain listings on the Moscow Exchange and Kazakhstan's AIX.

O'Key Group had 77 O'Key hypermarkets and 220 Da! discount stores as of the end of 2024.
