KFC opens 60th restaurant in Ukraine

MOSCOW. July 3 (Interfax) - The KFC fast food restaurant chain has opened its 60th restaurant in Ukraine in Gostomel in the Kiev region, Ukrainian media reported with reference to the chain's press service.

The KFC brand belonging to the U.S. company Yum! Brands has been present on the Ukrainian market since 2013. The Ukrainian chain is operated by three franchisees, i.e. Global Restaurant Group - Ukraine LLC, Tasty Food LLC, and DTS-Kharkiv LLC, whose offices are located in Kiev, Dnepr, and Kharkov, respectively.

Yum! Brands Inc. is the world's largest company by the number of its restaurants, owning around 55,000 establishments in over 155 countries. Its three restaurant brands, i.e. KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell, are global leaders in the fast food restaurant segments specializing in chicken meals, pizza, and Mexican cuisine, respectively.
