Azerbaijan, Armenia conducting constructive talks on border delimitation - Azerbaijani deputy PM
BAKU. July 1 (Interfax) - Azerbaijan and Armenia have exchanged draft regulations on joint activities of state commissions for the delimitation of the border between the two countries as of July 1, 2024, and the negotiations on the matter are moving ahead constructively, Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev's press service said.
"In line with the relevant agreements, the commissions are working toward coordinating a draft regulation on joint activities of the state commission for the delimitation of the state border between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia and the commission for state border delimitation and border security between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan," it said.
"As of July 1, 2024, the commissions exchanged draft regulations at a working level and conducted a number of discussions," it said.
"The negotiations are continuing in a constructive manner," it said.
"The coordination process is expected to be finalized shortly," it said.
