Sbermarket rebrands to Kuper

MOSCOW. July 1 (Interfax) - Russian product and meal delivery service Sbermarket has announced that is rebranding and will now operate under the name Kuper.

The rebranding will take about six months and will apply to the company's name, positioning, corporate identity, app and website, the company said in a press release.

The service delivers goods and meals from local stores and restaurants in as little as 20 minutes. It offers delivery of more than 7.2 million items from 100 grocery and 25 pharmacy chains, about 1,300 nonfood stores and 35,500 restaurants in 360 Russian cities. Up to 130 stores and 30 restaurants are accessible for every customer's address.

Sbermarket's sales grew by 60% to 165.6 billion rubles (including VAT and promotions) in 2023, as the number of delivered orders jumped 80% to 65.9 million.
