The supervisory board and the management board of the Naftogaz of Ukraine national joint-stock company approved the relevant decision on Friday.

"Lagno is a highly qualified specialist with almost twenty years of working experience in hydrocarbon production. He has two technical university degrees in oil and gas equipment and oil and gas production," the press service said.

As reported, Tolmachev become the UGV head in January 2023, replacing Alexander Romanyuk.
