Promsvyazbank boosts equity capital by 18.4 bln rubles

MOSCOW. June 25 (Interfax) - Promsvyazbank (PSB) has boosted its equity capital by 18.4 billion rubles to 239.7 billion rubles, according to data in the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE).

The bank had equity capital of 221.3 billion rubles prior to the changes, Central Bank of Russia data indicate.

Interfax has sent a request to the bank.

Russia's Federal Property Management Agency (Rosimuschestvo) owns Promsvyazbank. A bank was established based on PSB to service large government contracts and government defense orders.

PSB was 5th in terms of assets in the Interfax-100 ranking prepared by the Interfax Center for Economic Analysis based on the results of Q1 2024.
