RCS Stock Transfer to be new depository of Ozon's ADS

MOSCOW. June 25 (Interfax) - Ozon is changing the depository that manages the company's American Depositary Shares (ADS) program from The Bank of New York Mellon to RCS Stock Transfer, the marketplace said.

RCS Stock Transfer will collaborate with an engaged broker/dealer or a licensed trust company from the United States. RCS Trust and Corporate Services Ltd. will be responsible for providing custodial services.

Changing the depository should require up to 90 days, and will not affect trading in securities on the market. Holders of Ozon ADS do not need to take any action.

Ozon's ADS were delisted from the Nasdaq in November 2023. Ozon's securities are currently listed on the Moscow Exchange and the Astana International Exchange (AIX) of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC).

The company expects to begin redomiciling the holding company from Cyprus in 2024.
