TCS Holding starts process to rename assets, changes names of insurance subsidiaries

MOSCOW. June 21 (Interfax) - TCS Holding has begun the process of renaming its assets, according to data in the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE).

The USRLE indicates that Tinkoff Insurance has been renamed T-Insurance, and that Tinkoff Insurance of the Future has been renamed T-Insurance of the Future.

As previously reported, TCS Holding decided to change the name of Tinkoff Bank to T-Bank. "The Tinkoff brand is evolving into the T-Bank brand," the group said in early June.

The plan is to update the brand gradually. The group plans to update the website and app at the first stage, and then update all legal names, cards and ATM designs, as well as the envelope design.

Tinkoff Bank updated its logo in February 2024, with the letter "T" currently depicted on a yellow background instead of the previous coat of arms.

Vladimir Potanin's Interros became the principal shareholder of TCS Group in April 2022, buying out 35% from the group's founder, Oleg Tinkov, who was later recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation.
