H&M to liquidate Russian subsidiary
MOSCOW. June 18 (Interfax) - H&M LLC, Swedish retailer H&M's main legal entity in Russia, has decided to liquidate the company, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities says.
The liquidation was approved on June 17.
The sole owner of the Russian LLC since 2020 has been Swedish H&M Hennes & Mauritz.
H&M Group suspended is business in Russia in March 2022. In addition to the H&M brand, the company also owns the brands COS, Monki, & Other Stories, Weekday, ARKET and Afound, as well as the H&M Home chain of home goods stores.
