O'Key retailer delists from LSE
MOSCOW. June 18 (Interfax) - O'Key , part of the O'Key Group, delisted its GDRs from the London Stock Exchange on June 18, with the company's board of directors having taken the decision on May 15, the retailer said.
Trading in the retailer's GDRs had been suspended since March 2022.
The retailer plans to maintain its listing on the Moscow Exchange and the Kazakhstan Astana International Exchange (AIX) of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC). Meantime, the GDR program remains in force and continues to operate.
O'Key held an IPO on the LSE in 2010.
The O'Key Group operates the hypermarkets of the same name, as well as the "Da!" discounters. The group united 77 hypermarkets and 220 discounters as at the end of March 2024.
