Ukraine's Ukrgasvydobuvannya receives 102 diesel generators from USAID

MOSCOW. June 14 (Interfax) - Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC (UGV) received 102 diesel generators funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in March-April, Ukrainian media outlets said with a reference to the company's press service on Friday.

They are used as emergency stationary power sources to supply electricity to power units, repair depots and administrative buildings, the press service said. Diesel generators could also be used as mobile power sources for UGV's mobile maintenance, repair and construction teams.

As reported, UGV produced 12.5 bcm of saleable natural gas in 2022, down 3% from 2021 and 13.224 bcm of it in 2023, up by 0.679 billion from 2022.

Naftogaz of Ukraine owns 100% of UGV's shares.
