Polymetal shareholders approve decision to not pay dividends for 2023 and change company name

MOSCOW. June 11 (Interfax) - Polymetal shareholders have approved the decision not to pay dividends for 2023 and to change the company's name to Solidcore Resources, the company announced.

The last time Polymetal paid dividends was for the first half of 2021, when it paid $0.45 per share for a total of $213 million.

Polymetal's largest shareholder is a consortium of Omani investors led by the Omani government-owned fund Mercury Investments International (23.9%). Free float is 75.4% of shares, including a relatively large stake (4%) owned by BlackRock . Polymetal securities are traded on the stock exchanges of Astana and Moscow.
