Rosseti plans to retain stake in Inter RAO
ST. PETERSBURG. June 7 (Interfax) - PJSC Rosseti plans to retain its stake in PJSC Inter RAO , Andrei Ryumin, Rosseti general director, told journalists on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2024.
"We are not planning to alter anything. First, our stake allows us to receive dividends, and, second, to have our own representative on the board of directors," Ryumin said in response to the relevant question.
Rosneftegaz was the principal shareholder of Inter RAO with 26.37% as at the end of 2023, and Inter RAO Capital held 29.56%. PJSC FGC Rosseti, formerly FGC UES , owned 8.57% as at the end of 2021, and the free float was 34.24%.
