Polish fashion brand Sinsay opening 3 stores in Kiev region

MOSCOW. May 29 (Interfax) - The Polish fashion brand Sinsay, part of the LPP S.A. clothing company, is opening three stores in the Kiev region as part of its active expansion campaign in Ukraine, Ukrainian media reported with reference to the Ukrainian Council of Shopping Centers (UCSC).

Sinsay opened a 968.6 sq. m. store at a shopping mall in Vyshgorod on May 24. The rent contract was signed with UTG brokers.

UTG also concluded an agreement on opening Sinsay's first 787 sq. m. store at a shopping mall in Fastov.

In addition, Sinsay will start operations at the Cherry Mall shopping center in Vishnevy on June 17.

LPP S.A., which owns fashion brands such as Reserved, Sinsay, and others, plans to double the number of its stores around the world in the next three years, placing an emphasis on the budget brand Sinsay and overall sales growth. LPP S.A. plans to run 4,755 stores by the end of 2026, including 3,248 Sinsay stores.

Over 140 LPP stores operate in Ukraine now.

The group increased its sales by 9.3% to 17.41 billion Polish zloty and net profit by 85.5% to 1.61 billion zloty in 2023.
