Gazprom Neft signs roadmap to expand collaboration with Uzbekistan's Energy Ministry

MOSCOW. May 27 (Interfax) - PJSC Gazprom Neft and Uzbekistan's Energy Ministry have signed a roadmap to expand collaboration, as posted on the Kremlin website in the list of documents signed during Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan.

As reported, Gazprom Neft and Uzbekneftegaz in the autumn of 2023 signed an agreement by which the Russian company will assist in optimizing the processes to drill wells at Uzbekistan's fields. NoyabrskNeftegaz, a Gazprom Neft subsidiary, recently completed constructing a production well at Uzbekistan's Shurtan field ahead of schedule.
