Moscow, Tashkent exchange documents on cooperation in building NPP in Uzbekistan

TASHKENT. May 27 (Interfax) - Moscow and Tashkent have exchanged documents on cooperation in building a nuclear power plant (NPP) in Uzbekistan.

The exchange took place during a ceremony for signing joint documents based on the outcomes of Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Uzbekistan.

The list of documents signed during the visit, which is available on the Kremlin's website, includes a contract for designing, delivering, and building a small nuclear power plant in Uzbekistan.
