IVA Technologies officially announces IPO on Moscow Exchange, shareholders to sell up to 10%

MOSCOW. May 24 (Interfax) - PJSC IVA, the parent entity of the IVA Technologies group of companies operating in the area of corporate communications, has officially announced its intention to hold an IPO on the Moscow Exchange.

There are plans to launch trading in the company's shares on the stock exchange in the first half of June.

PJSC IVA's current owners plan to offer investors around 10% of their respective shares as part of the IPO.
