En+ CEO Khardikov leaves five months after appointment, to be replaced by COO Kolmogorov

MOSCOW. May 23 (Interfax) - The board of directors of En+ Group has approved the resignation of CEO Mikhail Khardikov less than six months after his appointment.

He will be replaced by En+ chief operating officer and head of the group's energy division Eurosibenergo Vladimir Kolmogorov, the aluminum and energy group said.

Khardikov replaced Vladimir Kiryukhin as En+ CEO at the very end of 2023 under a three-year contract. Like Kolmogorov, he was promoted from the position of COO.

"Mikhail Khardikov has decided to leave the company. We are grateful to Mikhail for his contribution, ensuring the continued stable operation of the company and laying the foundations for its future further growth," En+ chairman Christopher Burnham said in the press release.

"Vladimir Kolmogorov is well-known in the energy sector, where he has extensive experience and expertise, which will undoubtedly strengthen the company's position in the industry and benefit all of its stakeholders, including employees and residents of the regions in which we operate," Burnham said.
