Ukrenergo lifts power supply limits across Ukraine from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m

MOSCOW. May 22 (Interfax) - The Ukrenergo dispatch center has lifted power supply limits across Ukraine from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday.

"The sunny weather is good for commercial and rooftop solar power generation, which cuts a shortage in the power grid," Ukrainian media cited an Ukrenergo statement.

The company asked for using energy-intensive devices during the day instead of in the evening or at night.

At the same time, hourly power outage schedules will apply to industrial enterprises and households in all regions of Ukraine between 8 p.m. and 12 a.m.
