Acron purchases additional 10% of Talitsky potash project - financials

MOSCOW. May 22 (Interfax) - Acron purchased an additional 10% stake in the Verkhnekamsk Potash Company (VKK, operator of the Talitsky GOK project in Perm Territory) from partner banks in the second quarter, the company's report says.

As a result, Acron's share in VKK is now over 90%, while the non-controlling share has decreased to 9.9%.
