Putin allows deals with shares in Minudobreniya Rossosh
VORONEZH. May 21 (Interfax) - President Vladimir Putin has granted permission for Promazot LLC to acquire shares in JSC Minudobreniya Rossosh, a mineral fertilizer producer in Voronezh Region, an order posted on the website for legal information showed.
This refers to Promazot purchasing 23 common and 16 preferred shares in Minudobreniya Rossosh owned by Yaibera Holdings Limited, as well as one common and four preferred shares owned by Laguz Management Limited.
As of the end of 2020, when data were last published, Minudobreniya Rossosh's charter capital was split into 29 common and 20 preferred shares with par value of, respectively, 28.406 million rubles and 6.757 million rubles each. The principal shareholder was Cyprus-based Yaibera Holdings with 79.41%, Minudobreniya Rossosh reported.
The company did not disclose the owners of the remaining 20.59% of shares.
Promazot, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE), is headed by Minudobreniya Rossosh CEO Vadim Luriya, and its sole owner is JSC Ruskhimprom (Moscow), a company registered in Rossosh in 2022 with charter capital of 10,000 rubles that is also headed by Luriya.
Ruskhimprom does not disclose its owners. The company had no revenue in 2023 but earned a net profit of 0.3 million rubles.
Minudobreniya Rossosh is the only mineral fertilizer producer in the Central Black Earth region. The company's website said that its plant has capacity to annually produce 1.2 million tonnes of ammonia, over 550,000 tonnes of ammonium nitrate and over 1.2 million tonnes of NPK fertilizer.
