Mishustin invites Iranian companies to study Russian software solutions
NIZHNY NOVGOROD. May 21 (Interfax) - Russia has set up 38 competence centers for replacing foreign software with domestic solutions, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said.
"We have 38 competence centers set up to replace [foreign software]. We'll be glad if you find something interesting," Mishustin said when addressing Iranian participants in the Digitalization of Industrial Russia (CIPR) conference in Nizhny Novgorod.
Mishustin pointed out that Iranian displays at the conference extensively use "certain software products," particularly based on Oracle and Microsoft.
Russian specialists "present their own original solutions [...] the knowledge of which might be of use to you," Mishustin said.
The Iranian stand at CIPR displays fintech solutions, Oracle-based products, telecommunications services, software, and artificial intelligence solutions for the construction and oil and gas industries. Eight Iranian private companies are taking part in the conference.
