Two food industry companies from Tula to supply 8-billion rubles worth of products to China

TULA. May 20 (Interfax) - Belyov Pastila Manufactory LLC and KM LLC have signed agreements to export products to China worth over 7.9 billion rubles, the press service of the Tula regional government reported.

The agreements were signed as part of the VIII Russian-Chinese EXPO taking place in Harbin, China.

In addition, a memorandum of cooperation signed between the Development and Support Corporation of the Tula Region and the Euro-Asian Center for Innovative Production on the sidelines of the expo.

As reported, the foreign trade turnover of the Tula region with China reached 186 billion rubles in 2023, which is double the figure for 2022.

Belyov Pastila Manufactory LLC was registered in September 2018 in Belyov, Tula region. It owns Belyov Pastila, which produces confectionery products, including Belyov pastila and zefir. (Belyov Pastila's revenue totaled 808.5 million rubles in 2023, with a net profit of 12.2 million rubles).

KM LLC is registered in Yefremov, Tula region. Its main activity is the production of oils and fats. The primary shareholders are Elena and Eduard Kochenov. Revenue was 12.2 billion rubles in 2023, with a net profit of 1 billion rubles.
