Zelensky replaces Emine Dzhaparova with Irina Borovets as head of Ukrainian National Commission on UNESCO Affairs
MOSCOW. May 16 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has relieved Emine Dzhaparova of her duties as chairperson of the Ukrainian National Commission on UNESCO Affairs and appointed Deputy Foreign Minister Irina Borovets to the post, Ukrainian media reported referring to a decree published on the presidential website.
Dzhaparova was also discharged from the post of first deputy foreign minister on April 2. The reasons behind her dismissal were not reported at the time.
