Azerbaijan lags behind OPEC+ quota by 71,000 bpd in April

BAKU. May 13 (Interfax) - Oil production in Azerbaijan in April 2024 totaled 480,000 bpd, an S&P Global Commodity Insights review citing Platts data said.

Azerbaijan's oil production quota under the OPEC+ deal is 551,000 bpd for 2024.

Therefore, Azerbaijan lagged behind the OPEC+ quota by 71,000 bpd in April, S&P Global Commodity Insights said.

Azerbaijan's Energy Ministry has not yet provided data on domestic oil production in April.
