Armenian Parliament speaker says Pashinyan should attend EAEU summit in Moscow
YEREVAN. May 6 (Interfax) - Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's participation in a summit of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in Moscow on May 8 would be the right move, Armenian Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan said.
"Armenia is presiding in the EAEU. I believe it would be right to attend the EAEU summit," Simonyan told reporters in response to a question whether Pashinyan was going to take part in the EAEU summit.
Armenia has been presiding in the EAEU since January 1, 2024.
