MOSCOW. May 2 (Interfax) - Kernel agricultural holding has postponed the publication date of the financial report for the first quarter of 2024, and KSG Agro holding S.A. has notified about delaying the publication of its audited consolidated financial statement for full year 2023, Ukrainian media reported, citing the companies' respective statements on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

"Kernel Holding S.A. announces that it will report its condensed consolidated financial statement and interim financial statement for the three months ending March 31, 2024, on May 28, 2024, following market closing," the company said.

The holding explains that the legal basis is "Article 56.1.2 of the law dated July 29, 2005, on public offers and terms and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments."

KSG Agro has also said that the audit of both standalone and consolidated annual financial statements, respectively, for last year should be completed within the coming weeks, with publication of the audited statements expected in May.

The holding said that it was doing its best to submit the annual financial statement "in the optimal timeframe."

Kernel is one of Ukraine's largest agro-industrial groups that produces and exports sunflower oil, as well as cultivates agricultural products and sells them.

KSG Agro is a large pork producer, which also produces, stores, processes, and sells grains and oilseeds.
