Ukrainian Railways temporarily restricts shipment of fats, pulps, compound animal feed to Poland via Izov station

MOSCOW. May 2 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian state railway company Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways, or UZ) is imposing two temporary restrictions on transporting fats, pulps, and animal feed to Poland through the Ukrainian station of Izov.

Both restrictions have been imposed for the period from April 29 through May 6, Ukrainian media have reported with reference to UZ's website.

The first temporary restriction applies to animal fats, vegetable oils, ready edible fats, and animal and vegetable waxes.

The second restriction applies to "food industry waste and residues and ready animal feeds shipped to the Polish stations of Hrubieszow, Szczebrzeszyn, and Wola Baranowska through the Izov crossing."
