Court upholds Industry and Trade Ministry's application against X5 to suspend corporate rights in Russian subsidiary

MOSCOW. April 25 (Interfax) - The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region has upheld the application of the Industry and Trade Ministry against X5 Retail Group to suspend the group's corporate rights in X5 Corporate Center LLC, the retailer said.

"The court has upheld the application in full, though it has not yet published the full text of its decision. Consequently, the company is not aware of the specific content of the court's decision and the date of its publication, which serves as the starting point for the procedures stipulated by law," the company said.
