Ukraine's Centravis increases pipe output 14% in Q1

MOSCOW. April 24 (Interfax) - PJSC Centravis Production Ukraine (manufacturer of seamless stainless pipes, part of Ukrainian holding Centravis) increased pipe production 14% in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the same period last year to 3,200 tonnes, Ukrainian media reported citing the company press release.

Director Andrey Krasyuk said that the enterprise has achieved good production rates. "We are doing everything in our power not to slow down and, most importantly, not to stand still. Despite the difficult situation in the country, we continue to invest in new developments. (...) We analyze global trends and prepare to process requests from potential clients," he said.

As reported, Centravis Production Ukraine increased production 12% in 2023 compared to the previous year to 12,200 tonnes.

Centravis Production Ukraine was founded in 2000. Its main production facilities are located in Nikopol (Dnepropetrovsk region), and the company opened a branch in Uzhgorod in 2023. Centravis' product portfolio includes over 1,000 standard sizes of pipes made from more than 100 types of corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant steel grades.

The Centravis holding was created based on the Nikopol Stainless Pipe Plant and the UVIS Industrial and Commercial Enterprise service and trading companies. Its shareholders are members of the Atanasov family. The holding owns 100% of the shares of the Centravis Production Ukraine PJSC.
